1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blaze Messenger, a mobile application operated by VoiceBeam GmbH ("VoiceBeam," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Blaze Messenger, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the application. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Blaze Messenger is a mobile application that enables users to access WhatsApp messaging services on Apple Watch devices. The service functions as a unified messaging inbox connecting major chat networks, primarily WhatsApp. The platform operates between users and other chat services.
The service includes:
- Access to WhatsApp chats and messages on Apple Watch
- Sending and receiving WhatsApp messages
- Speech-to-text functionality powered by OpenAI
- Message notifications on Apple Watch
- Media viewing and sharing capabilities
- Additional premium features available through Blaze Pro subscription
Important: Using Blaze Messenger may affect security compared to using chat services directly through their official apps.
3. Eligibility
To use Blaze Messenger, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have a valid WhatsApp account
- Own a compatible Apple Watch and iPhone
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
4. Account and Registration
To use Blaze Messenger, you must:
- Connect your existing WhatsApp account by scanning a QR code
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
5.1 Free Version
Blaze Messenger offers a free version with limited features, including:
- Access to 2 most recent chats
- Limited speech-to-text functionality
- Basic messaging capabilities
5.2 Blaze Pro Subscription
Blaze Pro is available through the following purchase options:
- Monthly Subscription: $2.99/month (available exclusively via Apple In-App Purchase)
- Lifetime Pro: $34.99 one-time payment (available exclusively on our website at www.blazemessenger.com, processed via Stripe)
- Limited Time Offer - Lifetime Pro: $19.99 one-time payment (special promotional pricing, available exclusively on our website, processed via Stripe)
Important Note: Annual subscriptions are not available. In-app purchases only include monthly subscriptions. Lifetime access can only be purchased through our website.
Lifetime Access Details:
- Grants permanent access to Pro features with a minimum 10-year guarantee from date of purchase
- Non-transferable to other users or accounts
- Non-refundable unless legally required
- Account activation is linked to the phone number provided during purchase
Lifetime Access Limitations and Disclaimers:
- Service Continuity: Lifetime access is contingent upon the continued operation of Blaze Messenger. If VoiceBeam GmbH ceases operations, goes bankrupt, or the service is discontinued for any reason, lifetime access may be terminated.
- Change of Ownership: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of VoiceBeam GmbH or Blaze Messenger, the new owner shall have the right to determine the continuation, modification, or termination of lifetime access benefits. We cannot guarantee that lifetime access terms will be honored by a future owner.
- Force Majeure: Lifetime access does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, third-party service dependencies (WhatsApp, Apple, etc.), or regulatory changes.
- Product Evolution: Lifetime access applies to the core functionality of Blaze Messenger. Significant product changes, rebranding, or platform migrations may affect the scope of lifetime benefits.
By purchasing lifetime access, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
5.3 Payment Processing
- In-app subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
- Lifetime purchases on our website are processed through Stripe
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices may vary by region and currency
- Taxes may apply based on your location
5.4 Billing and Renewal
- Monthly Subscriptions: Automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel monthly subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings
- Lifetime Purchases: One-time payment only, no auto-renewal or recurring charges
- 14-Day Withdrawal Right: European consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right from the purchase date, unless they expressly consent to immediate service activation
5.5 Refunds
- Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy
- Refunds for website purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis

- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
6. License and Restrictions
6.1 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Blaze Messenger for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
6.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to the service
- Use the service to spam, harass, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Third-Party Services
7.1 WhatsApp Integration
Blaze Messenger integrates with WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp through Blaze Messenger is subject to:
- WhatsApp's Terms of Service
- Meta's Privacy Policy
- WhatsApp's usage policies and guidelines
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
7.2 OpenAI Integration
Our speech-to-text and AI chat assistance features use OpenAI's technology. By using these features, you agree to OpenAI's terms and privacy policy.
Voice Transcription: Voice messages are processed solely for transcription purposes and are not retained or used for model training.
Chat Assistance: The AI assistant helps compose messages by processing your input in real-time. Your data is not used for training AI models.
7.3 Apple Services
Use of Blaze Messenger on Apple devices is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions and App Store Review Guidelines.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Blaze Messenger, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of VoiceBeam GmbH and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Blaze Messenger name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of VoiceBeam GmbH. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
9. User Conduct and Content
9.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Blaze Messenger in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you send through the application.
9.2 Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Blaze Messenger to:
- Send illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
- Harass, stalk, or harm another person
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate any person's privacy rights
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in any fraudulent activity
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Blaze Messenger is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

- We use end-to-end encryption for messages
- We do not read or store your message content
- We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service
- Your data is protected according to GDPR and other applicable regulations
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
11.1 Service Availability
Blaze Messenger is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The service will meet your requirements
- Any errors will be corrected
- The service is free from viruses or harmful components
11.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceBeam GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Business interruption
- Personal injury or property damage
- Unauthorized access to your data
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Blaze Messenger shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for:
- WhatsApp service availability or functionality
- Apple Watch or iPhone compatibility issues
- Third-party service outages or errors
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceBeam GmbH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of Blaze Messenger
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may stop using Blaze Messenger at any time by:
- Deleting the application from your devices
- Cancelling your subscription
- Disconnecting your WhatsApp account
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to Blaze Messenger at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or payment issues
- Harmful conduct toward other users
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Any reason at our sole discretion
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the service immediately ceases
- You must delete the application from your devices
- We may delete your account data
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
14. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any feature of Blaze Messenger
- Change pricing and subscription plans
- Update system requirements
- Remove features from the free version
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Geographic Restrictions
Blaze Messenger is intended for use worldwide, but availability may vary by region. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Access from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Blaze Messenger shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with German law, except where prohibited by law.
16.3 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or violations of these Terms.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VoiceBeam GmbH regarding Blaze Messenger.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
17.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or network failures.
18. Apple-Specific Terms
For users who download Blaze Messenger from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and VoiceBeam GmbH, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
- Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
- Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions apply to app usage

20. Acknowledgment
